I choose the 3rd option:
Don’t really care because I am capable of ignoring a thread instead of whining about it’s existence.
I’m the same way, but it seems like a new one pops up every day something about twink.
P.s I made this post because I’m bored the horde is camping and killing all the NPC’s in Nazjatar.
Kinda in-between. I like seeing them because they’re still kind of entertaining, but they’re just rehashes of the same tired arguments that have been rebuked dozens of times over and over again. That, or they’re just endless insults.
“Hey, I’m glad twinks are gone 'cus they were everywhere ruining everyones battleground experience!”
“Twinks weren’t that rampant, these posts are exaggerating the problem.”
“No, you’re bad and can’t play at 120 and need a gear advantage that’s why Blizzard removed them!”
- Insert any argument that will instantly get rebutted with the quote above -
I just summed up every twink post past, present and future. You’re welcome.
Someone said on here once that twinks are pvpers who are bad at the game and probably fail at max level PvP
Basically whenever I see a new twink post about XP off BG’s I usually laugh because I think it’s blizzards way of agreeing with that statement
From the player who went from Horde to Alliance and back In less than a week
The results were somewhat unexpected for me. I chose it’s getting old but I do love me some twink drama when the saltiest people go at it.
I like them because it’s good reading material between these horribly long queue times for horde.
40+ minutes for a Bg… good Lord, how do dedicated horde players keep from losing their minds.
I have never done a twink but I have been on both sides of it. the ones where we dominated because we had twinks and on the other hand got dominated because they had twinks.
I can see why new players would quit because of it and I think that’s why Blizzard put a stop to it.
Nothing really changed. Now OP specs with enchanted heirlooms will wreck a new player.
If that is the case, then why all the moaning and groaning?
Blizzard put a stop to it for two reasons:
A: It was too much fun
B: Blizzard realized people are too lazy to gear up.
Yeah, I assume the new player experience in BG’s is more or less the same. I can’t really say since I’m not a new player.
Things do feel better for the average player like me though. The gear ceiling is definitely more manageable even with the random quest reward upgrades.
Well, things would be better if it weren’t for this healer nonsense. Games with a relatively even number of healers are definitely more enjoyable to me.
Let me not start debating twinks in a thread about being tired of seeing twink debates though.
Mildly entertaining at best. The twink threads in Wrath were many times more entertaining. You started seeing who belonged on the positive and who belonged on the negative side of the spectrum. The same people who said they only liked fighting amongst themselves making threads talking about how unfair it is that they have to fight fair fights now
Isn’t that what forums are about?
That’s for arguing amongst themselves.
That’s a great question.
Class balance at low levels is really bad. But Blizzard doesn’t address balance under 120.
Ahahhah omg I looked him up and he did do that. Wow. Nice catch juga
