Does anyone know what the deal is with strathomle trying to do undead side for mount, when i enter eastwall gate keep getting teleported to main gate

They definitely broke Dead Side. Even after clearing Live Side, the Eastwall Gate still puts you in the main area.

Weird. It was working fine in pre-patch when I was farming it. Definitely shoot a bug report and see what’s up.

It was working fine until like a week ago.
I can’t imagine how this could have broken itself. Somebody broke it intentionally.

Made a thread on GD last night about bugs in the game. It’s insane. Worst it’s ever been.

There are a number of threads on the Bug Report forum about this. I also sent another bug ticket in-game for it. Very annoying, I wanted to go back and try for the mount again but it’s currently impossible to enter the Dead Side.
No, Strat dead’s gate doesn’t take you to deadside anymore, it loads you into Strat live, and because the gate between the two has been sealed for years, there’s presently no way into Strat Dead unless you party sync with someone and queue for it inside the level range

Mine still worked overnight. I used it this morning. Although I do have a character whose Dalaran hearthstone has never worked. A ticket got no response, so she ended up not doing Legion content.
Tested my Dalaran hearthstone. It’s working.

Hearthstones sending people to RNG locations now?
Am I odd for thinking that sounds sort of fun?
I believe there are certain toys that will hearth you to some random locations. But it would get old fast if every time you used your hearthstone there was a 20% chance of ending up somewhere else in the world with your hearth on cooldown.
Dang that was such a good dungeon in vanilla. Look at all the dungeons back the .
Mara, Ubrs, lbrs, sunken temple, (the ogre dungeon - king run), strat, scholo, brd(had 16 bosses!!!)
And they were so cool we just don’t have stuff like that anymore

k. Go into the UD side. It takes you to city side. keep to your right until you come to Festival lane. It takes a bit to see the opening on the map as it just looks like the wall. once you see it its “The Gauntlet”. Now your in UD side. Do it like you always did making sure to kill the Magistrate Barthilas** to get the key drop which opens the back door portal to UD side.
