The F11 on my Razer Blackwidow TE keyboard functions completely normal outside of WoW and while player other games. Once WoW launches the F11 begins functioning as anum lock toggle, with a loud, audible beep and “NUM LOCK: ON” or “NUM LOCK: OFF” on the bottom right of the screen.
The problem is that I’ve always used the F1-F12 keys for my abilities in WoW (and without this issue). Now when I try to assign the F11 hotkey it registers as both the F11 key and Num Lock. It’s driving me nuts.
Same thing happens in WoW Classic.
I’ve tried everything I can possibly think of. I’ve enabled/disabled the num lock function in the bios, in the windows registry, in the ease of access settings. The crazy part is even with numlock disable in bios it still does it in WoW. I’ve also trying disabling and then uninstalling the mods that I use (listed below), and I’ve reinstalled WoW.
Has anyone experienced anything like this and know of a possible workaround? I’m at a complete loss.
