I don’t think simply changing your region will effect your subscription cost, but creating an account from an Argentina IP will get the Argentinian price.
If they don’t want to region lock they’d have to track where the account is logged in from most frequently. Argentinian account that’s logged on a grand total of 0 times from Argentina? You know that’s fraudulent. They either play behind a VPN at all times or get busted.

It really is as simple as setting your country to Argentina. Try it out.
My suggestion is to lock NA servers to accounts that pay NA prices. It’s a small change but it will have some impact. More thorough is to lock it to NA IPs. I’d be down for that too. I think WoW token has also helped tons on retail with outcompeting gold sellers.
as someone that has configured geoblocking on edge equipement it is a MASSIVE pita and maintaining it is a nightmare.
