I understand they made it required to do “a coalition of flames” before starting 10.2. I completed embers of neltharion and 10.1.5. I am trying to finish 10.1.7

I cant seem to find a disclocated disc. and its not showing up at the correct location. This is so confusing as I want to complete the story so I can be caught up. Even though the main campaign is asking me to start “call of the dream”. Please can someone help?

I’m pretty sure there pre req quests for that one involving the other tyr quest lines…hopefully this helps
