Storyline: Brotherhood in the Skolzgal Wood - NPC to give quest is missing

I already submitted a ticket - No help. In fact the response was poor at best.

Ultimately, I have done every available quest in TWW to date. There is no reason that I shouldn’t be able to pick up the “A Sassy Arathi” quest from the Dornogal Citizen @ 55.37, 55.77. However, in my case, the NPC is not there. I don’t want Blizzard to “hand me an achievement”. I want them to fix the issue so I can complete the questline.

I have tried everything I could think of with no luck (including using tips from many other sources). To prove this is a bug, this NPC is available on other alts. Running the script: /run print(C_QuestLog.IsQuestFlaggedCompleted(80456)) confirms the value “false” which proves I have not completed it.

Instead of some b/s generic response, you would think there would have been a more personable response with more “helpful” troubleshooting steps. But, no. Instead, I received a generic response (most likely automated). This response indicated to me that they didn’t even bother reading or investigating the issue. No sense in elaborating more. There is a bug - they don’t care - hope no one else experiences the same issue.

I have the same issue. Were you able to complete it on an alt? I would like this taken care of. I also got a typical Blizard, “I just want your money” response from a Gm. only after I got an automated “No one actually read your issue” response.

I finally got a valid response after 3 rebuttals to their replies. I posted in the “Bug Report” forums.

Basically, they finally acknowledged that this has been identified as a legitimate bug and that they are working on correcting it.

TLDR - This is considered minor to them. I wouldn’t expect a fix anytime soon.

Yes, you can complete this on an alt. I had no issues with my alts.

They really need a reset option or something for when quests go missing or there is a bug. I get the mystery and what seeing behind the curtain may do to the experience but on the other hand it is quite the kill joy when you spend hours back tracking the questline and steps with no resolve. It is at that point I feel like just starting over would be better than nothing.
