This is 100% valid. Thankfully I’ve never had any crazy in-game interactions due to the forums (yet), but I tend to also not get too heated or involved with the more controversial threads/people for that reason.
I know a lot of folks have gotten burned trying to make personal friendships on here so I think it’s a safe stance to protect your identity and mental space from internet whackadoos.
