The only people jealous of your tails are worgen, who should rightly have them.
Why would I need a tail when I have the awesome might, the glorious spectacle, the sheer majesty of…
Twirly jump!!
I’m’a just run around in circles around you, jumping and twirling, and being a gorgeous, sexy, work of art race all up in your “we’re tots not demons even if we have girl-satyrs and top-heavy boys who never heard of leg day”.
Twirl, twirl, twirl.
Oh god, don’t summon the “tail vs no tail” people, we’ll be drowned under the sheer force of their pedantry alone!
Twirly jump is just wanna-be NE somersault jump! YEAH, I SAID IT.
Onto better news. Gosh it’s great outside tonight. Anyway, I looked on the Blizzard forums and saw a user named Steveninert. Is this you? It sounds like
Twirly jump allows me a 260 degree view of the field, so I can know how many enemies I can pull with Barrage.
Know what flippy jump gives you a view of? Your own butt.
Night elf jumps are them literally trying to shove their own heads up their own butts. Which perfectly explains how Teldrassil happened.
Yeah. I went there.
You brought tails into this, I’ll take tails right back out!!
Now you’re just out here incurring the wrath of angry Night Elf posters! You’re on your own!
Best get that twirly barrage ready, you’ll need it!
I think the ship has sailed on this particular “joke”…
Oh please. At this point, night elf fans have suffered through far worse than I could ever do or say. And they are still here!! Blizzard has already primed them to take all abuse, and carry on.
All I need to do when contronted by a horde (heh) of angry night elf fans is say “Like… Sorry? Renewal or something?” and everything’s fine. They just instinctively wander off to explore some empty tree place, telling themselves they are supposed to like it now and gripe that I am allowed right in their space, but that is it.
Oh boy, I feel like this is much deeper than weird looking boot transmogs…
Next you’ll be trying to tell them that the Night Elves aren’t leaving Kalimdor! … AND THAT NIGHT ELF SOCIETAL STRUCTURE ISN’T COLLAPSING BECAUSE …SHANDRIS… OR SOMETHING!
Here on the Story Forums, we never stop at surface levels. We always go deep. All the way deep.
If you ever really wanna get them all in a tizzy, just remind them of the time Varian had to tell Tyrande to sit down while he showed her how to actually Military Leader. It is so funny!!
I mean, sorry nelf fans!! Renewal?
I remember the dark days of “HUSH, TYRANDE!”
The forums wept.
All of this reminds me of a big problem I am having.
You see, I do not yet have a maxed level draino, but drainos are getting heritage armor at some point this year. So I need to max level a draino, but my only options are my shamanen and my warrior.
Shamanen would be easier, because resto spec, dungeon healing, easy-peasy and done.
But… My warrior is the one that is eredar customized, and running around doing draino heritage stuff as a member of the very race that made them keep running away like cowards sounds very fun to me.
But I hate warrior leveling, because as soon as your gear is just slightly out-of-date, you get smushed. Healer only get smushed if they let the tank be bad, and I never let the tank be bad.
Uhg, choices!!
Well, I am extremely bias and would say Shaman because the little Exodar-y totems are so glowy and pretty and all three Shaman specs are fun as higgity heck. Light blue Draebae with watery swirly beautiful Shaman healing is so dreamy!
We also look VERY nice in a lot of Shaman sets, and Draenei casting animations are better than their melee animations IMO.
That being said, the fantasy of a Man’ari warrior is VERY cool. Demonic Warlady is ! Or even like a DOOM MAIDEN! Okay, I’m talking myself into a Draenei Warrior somehow…
I don’t think you can really go wrong with either choice. BUT! I think you also only need to be 60 for heritage? So at least you may not have to slog through Dragonflight again?
So, when I very first made a warrior for Blue Team back in TBC, my decision-making was shockingly thorough. Normally it’s all “well, I wish to play this class, and I do not have someone from this race, so…”
But not warrior!!
I went ahead and made five warriors; one for each race. Gnome was a very close choice, but there was a degree of satisfaction in a draino warrior with a giant axe (now two giant axes!!) smashing people. No other race ever came close!!
I fully support draino warbots. Especially a furious draino warbot with double-axes. Smash-smash-shash… SMASH!!!
She does need an updated mog though, because I have very little plate available and her old “look at me, I’m a discount paladin” set stopped working when she got red on her.
My shamanen has always rocked the same mog, mixing the Legion order hall armor and some pandaland crafted pvp gear, because it looks amazing.
I am assuming level 70, because I assume all new things require 70. If it is just 60, then I’ll be all set because both are over 60 and in Dragonlands content somewhere.
This is so very true to my own Warcraft playing experience, I wanna play ALL the things to determine the BEST thing. This is the way.
I support the smashery!
I double checked my characters and confirmed my UD is still only level 60 and was able to get the Forsaken heritage. So, unless they change it specifically for Troll/Draeno, I think/hope it’ll just be 60!
Okay, she’s 61… but her ooky spooky self was able to bring power to the Forsaken!
Well now I gotta log on to my forsaken at some point to do the whole thing!!!
Eeee!!! You just brought me so much happy!!!
I will say, it’s SLIGHTLY confusing at first because you do have to do the Reclaiming Lordaeron quest chain on your Forsaken BEFORE you are able to get the heritage quest. (At least it was like that when I did it, unsure if they changed that yet.) There’s a chance you may need to go to… ugh… Oribos.
That being said, the heritage quest picks up immediately where you leave off from the reclamation, so it jives pretty seamlessly as one big fun zombois questchain.
And the boat, Tyrande’s Silence.
Tank as a warrior and spam dungeon runs so your gear is good forever and your tank is always on your side.
I am a warrior expert.
Also, my draenei canidates fot the armor are a shaman (I want a resto for shuffle purposes) or the warrior who is now 64, so twinsies.
I have a drae hunter, so I’m excited to see what the armor will be and what the quest will entail
