I read that in my head, in his voice, and it was dripping with sneering sarcasm.
Mind you, everything he says is full of sneering sarcasm, so he still might actually mean it

When I first saw that I just accepted it as something Horde characters say and then had a āā¦wait a minuteā moment a few minutes later.
I clearly play too much Horde.
You get used to it on Alliance. At this point, I wouldnāt even bat an eye if Night Elves started using āKingās honor, friend.ā and the like as farewells.
Probably burn the forums down. But not out of surprise.
Iām surprised at this point they havenāt renamed Stormwind New Justicetown.
I already have opinions of Horde characters so when they do stuff like that itās pretty noticeable.
I will say I did enjoy the ridiculousness of Vossā(I think) plan to put a bunch of Azerite bombs in some bushes and lure the entire townās guard into it by recklessly riding through on a horse. The Horde need more of that and less of Sylvanas.
I hope the Magia Record Anime Adaption keeps Rumor Tsurunoās obvious CG Hair(https://vignette.wikia.nocookie.net/magiarecord-en/images/0/09/Rumor_Tsuruno_04.png/revision/latest?cb=20180601092312
).
While Iām at it I hope that in the Sequel Anime references the Spinoffs to the point where we not only see the Magia Record Cast alongside the Kazumi Magica cast but a Rumor Tsuruno created using a Rumor as well as Kazumi Magicaās Witch Stuffing using the meat of multiple Doppels created from Tsuruno due to Demon Homura playing around with both an Evil Nut and the Doppel System(both discovered from sifting through Madokaās memories of her Ultimate Madoka self).
I barely made it through 2018. I donāt think Iām going to survive 2019ā¦

Considering what Iāve seen of Lyrical Nanoha Aās(both Show and Movie) I must say Reinforce Eins does not seem overpowered to me.
She shows visible knockback(in both Show and Movie) and looks like she can be thrown around physically. She may be invulnerable yet all it takes is a sufficiently competent Monster of the Day(with the power of flight I might add) to throw her around like a ragdoll and redirect her City-sized Starlight Breakers away from the city being fought in.
Furthermore her Starlight Breakers and Diabolic Emissions bypass scenery so an indoor battle wouldnāt be one-sided either since the Monsters of the Day would probably pass themselves off as scenery themselves.
Honestly there was no reason for the writers to kill Reinforce Eins off in my opinion.
If my books ever get to the point where they are sold in book stores, I sure as hell wonāt whine about having to compete with āa bunch of dead guysā.
To be fair, sheās losing against a bunch of dead girls too. Itās time we ban Jane Austin and Sylvia Plath from all bookstores. Those lazy wenches are just eating up valuable space millennials should have!
And letās get rid of that Shakespeare guy, too! Lazy sod hasnāt done anything in 400 years!
Yeah yeah, you wrote a few bestsellers, but what have you written for me lately?
Iām still just struggling to understand what she would hope to accomplish.
From the artistic side of things, they may not be for everyone, but classics are classics for a reason. Plus, the majority of the time, theyāre a personās first taste of a genre. Iād personally never heard of her before this, but presumably a decent number of people have. I have to wonder how many people would have never heard of her at all if they never picked up Tolkien, Lewis, Jordan, Pratchett, Salvatore (not dead, but still), etc.
From the business end, B&N is going to stock what sells. If she writes something really good, or with broad mass appeal, sheāll get the appropriate shelf space. And one of those snazzy displays in front of the door (that dead guys rarely get, due toā¦ yāknow, not releasing new material).
The cynic in me says sheās doing it for publicity. Maybe, maybe not, but it wouldnāt surprise me.
The cynic in me wants to say thereās just something about Twitter that makes people say dumb things. But I know thereās a couple of people out there who tweet responsibly.
I wish creators of movies/tv/games would stop letting me know that they hate me and everyone like me. I just want to buy their stuff and enjoy it, but I canāt bring myself to after they tweet about the world would be a better place if everyone like me to died of super cancer.
Everyone like you being what exactly? Sounds kind of vicious.
I could also live without any updates about personal hygiene in Harry Potterās setting.
How can shippers write accurate bathing scenes without these details? Donāt be silly Eamon!
I know that feel. Iām a bit of a political chimaera. Conservative on this issue, liberal on that issue, libertarian on that other issue, and sometimes I just think up my own solution to an issue (because thinking for yourself is great). Social media hiveminds just adore me.
Sheās another that can say some really dumbfounding things on Twitter. But, credit where itās due, she put in the hustle, and built a franchise. Without complaining about the struggle about competing with dead guys (that I know of).
I actually thought the ācompeting with dead guysā thing was something Rowling said before I read the full conversation, so thereās that.
