Sigh. I broke down and got the Virtual Ticket. Partly because one of our guild members will be in the Cosplay contest. Her costume is great.

I kind of want to, if only to get the info in real time, as opposed to a hyperbolic post here. But alas, doctor bills, hospital bills, and saving up for my last surgery on the 8th. I couldn't, even if I desperately wanted to. I suppose all the info will get sussed out in time.

I listened to the Digimon World soundtrack of File City during the night and I started crying like a B word. My childhood was garbage but that teeny ray of light of happier times just hit me way too damn hard.

Realistically what should we expect WoW wise at Blizzcon? They said they're going to focus more on future stuff than 8.1, but also can't imagine them going too in depth when 8.1 isn't even out yet.

But 8.1 is pretty much done on the PTR. Iā€™m expecting a highlight real on 8.2 features; 8.1 release date, and possibly 8.3 mic drop.

Maybe they'll get fed up with us and repeat MoP where they just reveal how it'll end.

They might reveal the next set of Allied Races. I could see them teasing Azshara/N'zoth stuff and perhaps the next Warfront. Perhaps more heritage armor questlines.

Probably a bunch of stuff on Classic, general ideas going forward with BfA, and some vague news about 8.2. I'd at least like to finally get any concrete information on classes and unlock conditions for Tirassians and Zandalari.

So, I just visited HotS forum some time ago and noticed that their entire forum is remade. It has lot of QoL features like Dev Tracker, Blizz Tracker, Top posts (day/week/months etc) and it also supports emojis (exactly like Discord). It also has ranking system (Trusted User Level) and once you reach level 3, you even post pictures, gifs and even embedded videos from youtube on the forum!

There's also lot of more additional features, I hope WoW forum gets a similar treatment soon!

I've never been the biggest Diablo fan, more of a passing casual, but I sympathise with them.

Maybe they'll get lucky and it's actually better than first thought.
