That and the armor sets were the only valuable thing to come out of Darkshore.
Idea of diagetic music is interesting though. The Forsaken have Blight Boar of course and I’d certainly approve of an Elena Siegman esque rock anthem;
Though if I was trying to produce a serious Forsaken anthem I’d start with something like this;
But ya know. Make it more spooky. Trumpets replaced with violins, a more ghostly chorus. Still aggressive and triumphant but instrumentally more in line with, of course;
Omg a Forsaken Dead Army Choir that’s just like six banshees and one gigantic abomination that has like 13 mouths and is bag pipe shaped.

I get looked at like a freak when I mention that I prefer the Warcraft 3 Night Elf music compared to Nightsong because I think the latter is generic as hell. I love the primal beats and primative vibe of the music. Those are supposed to be Wood elves, not the discount high elves WoW turned them into.

I like the pretty fae forest vibes.
Granted I always saw it through a frame of the Horde and more specifically a Forsaken.
But I was surprised at the lack of a more militant nature sound. Like this has too many brass instruments for my liking;
Just had a horrible morning today playing this game. Constant DC’s in Mythic+ brought my key down to a 12 from a 15. I’ll never get KSM before it’s gone.
For what it’s worth I lost a very fancy and expensive suit coat that my dad gave me at the aforementioned wedding.
It was originally my great grandfather’s and is sharp as [expletive]. I’m 30 years old in October and feel like I’m 16 again in the least fun way possible. Upside is at this age I can lie about a friend who took over her mom’s dry clean business handling it.
Cant even reach the bastards until Tuesday. And I’m awfully hesitant to bother the bride on her honeymoon about a damn jacket.
And I wanted to just get something I snatched from a dollar store tailored. It’s honestly borderline nostalgiac hiding a problem idk if I can fix from my dad lol

While still being capable of doing this;
Suffice to say absolutely capable of being monologuing terrorist lunatics but also wouldn’t be completely out of place doing something banal or wholesome.

I saw Thor: Love and Thunder yesterday and Zeus uses light handcuffs and he’s generally a bad person and I thought “yeah, that’s Turalyon.”

I haven’t seen that but I’ve heard Crowe is doing some very specific accent based around the fast cast casual Greek craze in Australia.
And I wanna see it for that alone. Because overacting dad bod Russell Crowe is the best Russell Crowe.

Looks like the new Black Panther is going to basically be an extended Chadwick Boseman send off and fair enough I’m really not sure what else you do.
(Except for maybe just recast because genuinely it’s upsetting to me an actor that electric is going to be remembered for woosh laser kapow nonsense and not his litany of dramatic work where there wasn’t a weird subplot about how it’s only a few bad apple CIA agents meddling in African politics)
Still Giga Ghana VS Arcane Aztecs does look fun. But I’m still waiting for them to introduce my problematic fave;

I have always been an X Men fan and not so much a fan of the Avengers or the other Marvel stuff. Most of the characters and story lines I love from Marvel are the X Men stuff. Wolverine, Beast, Rogue, Magneto, Mr. Sinister, Cable, Deadpool, Omega Red, the list goes on. Basically the stuff Disney recently acquired from Fox.
I have not watched end game or infinity war or black panther or ant man or alot of the recent films. I did see Doctor Strange - I have always loved that guy. But the Black Panther and the Avengers and the Falcon and Loki… just never did it for me. Even back in the day.
I like that the Marvel studio had the money to put into productions, but they just have not been things I am interested in, as far as their catalogue.
I am waiting for the X Men to get the proper Marvel treatment, now that they have ownership of it. Mr. Sinister has so much potential to be a spectacular villain on screen.

Black Panther was inspired when it was a trailer for some Afro-Futurism inspired video game.
But as an adaptation- like maybe I haven’t read enough comics but I thought the Wakanadan monarchy was quite literally magically based because a literal Panther God choses the ruler. An actual Divine Right of Kings.
And instead in the movie they just get into a brawl in a waterfall. And then we ask the daring question: “Are anti imperialists just secret imperialists?”.
That’s asking the important questions. Like - are people campaigning against breast cancer secretly shooting boobs with X-rays?

Whomever decided that you shouldn’t be able to heal other faction players in open world raid, you are an idiot half-wit. Your petty gorgnard behavior of fighting reality is why this game has a player population imbalance.

I had been trying to get the Leather Helmet on my Rogue, whom is female, and I learned real quick I’d UwU camgirl if given the opportunity. Because I quickly corrected no one when they said to give it to me because I was nice girl.
Tragically the Horde scum crowd won out. Jokes on them. I’ve taken to keeping a notepad next to me on WoW for a variety of reasons. And I’ve a list of names included on it, and not as a reminder to send thank you cards.
