I’m at an outdoor wedding today and the bride is lucky I love her. Because positively nothing sort of an over a decade’s long friendship is getting me to stand out here in three duck mothering layers.
With climate change on the rise I think I’m going to take a note from inflation and make that a 15 year friendship minimum for future events. Because I am dying out here.
Makes sense, since GotG was literally a D&D party and campaign. Like the movie is a perfect adaptation of a party coming together and facing their first big bad. The comparison has been made that GotG is just a D&D movie in disguise many many times.
As for the movie itself; it looks miles better than their previous attempts, but I am still not 100% on board.
Technically Tieflings more often than not look human with small demonic touches, having full on red skin, tail, or other color skins is supposed to be exceedingly rare. But people don’t read the lore and just go off of a single picture they put in the PHB.
I mean, one of the most powerful scenes in the franchise is a scene that explains everything, while telling us stuff we know nothing about, as if we were there :
I found a plot hole in A New Hope. Grand Moff Tarkin says that the emperor dissolved the Imperial Senate. But, how can he dissolve the senate when he IS the senate?
Today, while I was leveling an alt, I found an “Aspiring Soul” NPC in Bastion who was a troll. But, I thought Bwonsamdi only lost ONE soul, which was implied to be Zul’jin.
I love how they just straight up made an Imperial recruitment add;
Man I’d like to see something like that for the Deathguard. I figure you could have the warbats make similarly ominous flyby noises due to the sonar shrieks.
