I hate that my keyboard has a shortcut button for powering off the computer that my cats can step on.
So I googled “how to disable keyboard buttons” and found a program called Simple Disable Key, which lets you simply disable keys on your keyboard. Sounds simple.
I’m not a complete idiot though, and I test it with the volume control buttons first. Sure enough, the program intercepts the actions and gives me the option to disable them, and I’m like “Great! Now I can press the Power Off button and-” and my computer powers off.
I’m sure I’ll find this whole thing amusing in half an hour but for now I’m just a little annoyed.

Anyone else planning on not playing Shadowlands? I’m going to focus on Vanilla for a while.
I just have no interest in seeing rehashed characters again and the whole covenant system seems very lackluster.

I played Classic back when it first came out. I have no interest in playing Classic again.

I have the opposite opinion, but my time is too unstable to play.
I’ll play Shadowlands. I mean… I played BfA 
Even if I did only play at the beginning and end of it.
I’ll do it because I’m so very bored and have no other games that interest me coming out, as far as I know. I gave my alliance alt an honest shot but I don’t see myself sticking with it, which wasn’t a surprise. It just felt too bad being disconnected from my alts and guild, even if the one my alliance one joined is literally its sister guild.
I’ve been side-eyeing the shaman class for like…several expansions now, but I know when push comes to shove I’ll just stick with mage anyway since that’s what I’ve done most of my overall stuff with. Sometimes I do wonder if I should have gone with my gut and mained it when I first started WoW, like I intended.

Hopefully anyone who is a Fan of Planescape Torment agrees that Planescape needs to be an Anime Setting referencing the Nameless One(who would be the narrator) and Transcendent One(who is in the situation he is in during the ending of Planescape Torment)!
Of course personally I would want it to be a Magical Girl Anime that at first appears to be a Madoka Magica-style Deconstruction by having the Blue Magical Girl Candidate notice the Pink Magical Girl Candidate being attacked by a Brunette and told to stay away from the Fairy-like Mascot!
Later on it becomes apparent that even if the Fairy does turn out to be Evil it is not that which causes the Brunette to attack the Pink Haired Girl(going as far as to show the Brunette shocked by the Fairy turning out to be Evil) making seem as if the Brunette is jealous of the Pink Haired Girl.
The Brunette(wearing Golden brambles similar to the Transcendent One’s own that sustained his Mortal existence) eventually starts ranting about how she and the Pink Haired Girl should never have been separated and that they should die together!
Anyone who played Planescape Torment(or watched the Final Boss Battle against the Transcendent One on YouTube) can figure out the big Plot Twist from that and figure out who the Villain who seeks to subvert his/her Mortality is(basically the reverse of Madoka Magica’s Villain)!
Oh my. I didn’t think I’d be potentially predicting the future when I said that.

I don’t think we can possible jinx ourselves more than he did making a worldwide broadcast declaring victory before it was a sure thing for either side. Hillary Clinton did something pretty close to that four years ago. The Democratic Party had already started throwing a victory party before the votes were counted and Trump was the victor.

That’s gotta suck. I remember the jubilation turning to disappointment but I wasn’t paying much attention at the time because who knew how bad Trump winning would be?
Same here. I quickly remembered all the gameplay and quality of life changes that I enjoy. Plus, I was really only interested in seeing Darkshore again as it used to be. So after running around there for a while I lost my desire for Classic.

Its still not that bad. We haven’t have a second civil war yet.
Personally as long as I don’t spend more time overseas on a shoestring budget or get murdered by the ATF I don’t care who is in office. The president isn’t a monarchy, and people who act like it is are just as guilty as Congress for the Executive power creep we’ve had since WWII.

My account expires on the 13th. I may get into Shadowlands later, but from what I’ve seen from the content so far, I’m not terribly interested. I don’t like the covenants. I’m sort of hoping they release a fifth one in a patch that presents my characters with an afterlife I don’t hate for them, so I feel better about joining them.
True but the senate and courts are becoming increasingly one sided.
