It’s just so weird to see Among Us stuff everywhere now. I’ve been watching the SR guys play it for months and then suddenly everyone and their brother picked it up.
Which isn’t to say I’m not glad, because it’s a great game, but it just felt like it came out of nowhere.
Despite the arguing that happens on here, I’m glad the story forums are nowhere near as bad as Tumblr. I don’t have one but I go look at the WoW RP community over there every now and then and it is the most extreme place I’ve ever seen.

What kind of stuff goes on there? I figured everyone abandoned it for Twitter and other places after the great Yahoo bungle.
Some examples are that they think you shouldn’t be allowed to be recruited into any guilds or play the game if you’re not a part of their IRL political party, if you play certain race characters and aren’t a minority IRL you’re a fetishist, if you use the phrase “_____ did nothing wrong” you’re a racist regardless of who you use (such as Garrosh or Malfurion), if you use smoke grenades you’re a bad person because it looks like tear gas which is what evil police use, etc.
They sound like they’d be real fun at parties.

You can socialize when needed or want. I get burned out when it comes to social interactions faster than people think, but I still prefer confronting people in person because its harder for them to weasel out of commitments or lie to my face.

I’m introverted and anti-social as hell so if it’s not someone I get along with fairly well, I just want them to go away.
