Has anyone else had an issue getting a page to come out of the trade district box today? Ive looted them from the old town box and the dwarven district boxes but after completing the trade disctrict three times (3/4 clears 3 times) I havent gotten a page from it at all. So now im at 7/8 pages when i should have been completed last run
There are only 2 pages guaranteed to drop per run, the rest are random chance

2 pages MAX from every vision, if you did old town and mage tower first, they’d give said pages first and last 2 won’t.

Not that i’m doubting you but I’ve never seen more than 2 pages, even doing a bunch of full clears this week and last.
Must be a super low chance.
Probably about the same chance of getting a good corruption effect

About the same chance I’ll ever see a infinite stars corruption before 8.3 ends without buying one from auction house…
I don’t know whats the big deal about IS. I got R1 on my pally main and its averaging less than 1.5% of my dps. Based on all the “anecdotes” i figured it’d be more than 5%. 
Depends on your class, it does more for others and less for others.
Someone pointed out in another thread that the t3 areas were originally not supposed to drop t2 pages AT ALL, if you went there while on a t2 stage of cloak progression it was just a waste of time (aside from memento farming), but Blizzard changed it so t3s could drop pages instead of a t2 area. But not in addition to.
In the long run it won’t matter, there will be plenty of time for anyone to max out their cloak if they really want to.
