Stormwind Boats ( Use more than 2 docks)

There’s an Entire harbor.

Why WHY can you developers use more than 2 docks for ships? WHY?

Can’t take the boat to Boralus because a stuffy blonde himbo in pink pants says it’s not the right ship, that being the boat faced SOUTH. The NORTH facing boat goes to Dragon Isles, Which again why not use another dock?

This is pure laziness. :rage: :face_with_symbols_over_mouth: :face_with_symbols_over_mouth:

Because two docks are currently housing ships that do absolutely nothing :smiling_face_with_three_hearts:

You know what else is “pure laziness”? Not being able to identify which boat has arrived after the dock master calls it out

There’s a port in the mage tower for that.

I think you didn’t read. It can’t have been hard to say put a flag on the Dragon Isle’s boat or change the color of the sails to make visual identification simple.

Regardless, if you want to take a boat to Boralus, you can’t because the himbro on the dock just forces you off it. Which again… why?

The boat that says “PRAWDMOORE’S FOINEST” when it shows up goes to Kul Tiras, and the one that blathers about the Dragon Isles goes, uh, I think that speaks for itself.

Literally.

Blizzard wanted to mock the night elves and their one portal.

You guys get a portal to your capital city? Lucky, we just get a portal to some plagued ruins. :sob:

I believe that is the results of talking to the dock master. I remember hearing that he gives you a buff so if you are on the wrong boat, it will kick you instead of forcing you to go all the way to the wrong island and then have to come back.

Right. That part is very clear and yet entirely unnecessary if they would just… you know… -USE ANOTHER DOCK-. It can’t have been so much more complicated to just drag the npc’s over to one of the other unused docks and moor the dragon isle’s ship there… or vice versa of the boralus ship… than to program a buff for the right boat.

Well it would also be unnecessary if people just paid attention to not only the dock master but looked at the damn boat they are about to board. Here is a hint, the one with crew members named “The Rugged Dragonscale” or “Obsidian Warders” is a pretty solid bet to be the one going to the Dragon Isle
