HOW?! How do I start this?
I’m dying here. I’ve looked everywhere, I checked all places, all NPCs, looked in orgrimmar, bladefist bay, in stormheim, in highmountain. Checked wowhead, mmo-champ, opened a ticket (Waiting for answer). Checked scouting map, did val’sharah thinking I picked it on accident, it wasn’t. There’s nothing in the scouting map.
HOW DO I START THE CHAIN FOR THIS ZONE?

Class Hall mission board. The tab that opens up the whole map.
It starts in your class hall, scouting map, click Stormheim. Unlike other zones, you actually have to go through a series of quests in Dalaran that takes you to the boats and airship stuff.

There’s nothing to select in the scouting map.
No and no. I checked all NPCs related to the quest and all the places too.
Do you have the quest already in your log?
You can only be on one Mission board quest at a time, so if you are on another, turn it in / abandon it.
That’s the point. I have no quests whatsoever for stormheim. All the zones I can fly there and there’s breadcrumbs, but stormheim is empty and dalaran is empty.
I do not have a mission board quest active.
For alliance, there is an alternative way, I don’t know if horde can take the same path. Going from Hightmountain area there’s a small area with Dalaran Mages who will give you a quest to go back to Dalaran to start it, they have a portal up for your convenience.
I went to check and the portal is there but there’s no quest or anything.
Okay I’m just going to say it… You’re screwed.
Have you checked near to Kadgar inside of the violet citadel? I don’t remember if it was alliance only (have one 1 horde alt), but I remember an undead character giving a quest that leads to that zone there.
Check the adventure log.

My rogue is max level.
That might be why. Don’t know how the Legion mission quests interact with 120s.

I recommend putting in a ticket.
Do it on your Rogue. You might have picked up a bread crumb somewhere and lost it.
I did, but I hoped GD would help me while I wait estimatedly 20 hours for probably an automated answer.
You could use WoWhead to sort through your quests until you find the one you’re missing.
