I was just doing some research on stormgarde keep for farming purposes and learned it was the first human kingdom and the birthplace of arcane magic for humans.
Wouldn’t it be cool if as alliance during a phase to restore Stormgarde Keep to the Alliance Capital, Storm, as it was called.
Im sure horde have something similar with another place. Maybe add a new capital city in azeroth for each faction. While still staying with the Lore of Classic.
Said the developers, as they proceeded to forget to make horde equivalent rune locations as they were too busy making the ally ones.
So your telling me the horde have 0 equivalent in all of azeroth?

Pretty sure any changes to the ‘world’ would be reflected on all versions of the game running that client.
…you might have noticed that, so far, every change in SoD has been a Drop Table, NPC, or UI element. All of which can be selectively hidden.
But you can’t just hide a building. Well…unless you’re Shiwan Khan.
True, well maybe an idea more for classic plus then SOD.
I fear our “Classic+” will either be the butchery of Era or us getting dumped off into Cata.

If we were going to a SoD Era / Classic+ then it would make zero sense to “take some Runes away”. The only way that part makes sense is if we’re going to an existing version, and not a new one. 
I mean, they will probably take a look at what runes actually worked well and what didnt. Who knows.
Yes. Maybe because the two main bodies of the horde, undead and orcs, have some sorta major lore problems with that concept. You know one being not of this world and the other being…dead humans.
You gonna pick the other two? Trolls major locations are all part of the empires and thunder bluff is brand new.
