I was testing out different builds and stumbled upon the new text for this talent. SS has a 2% chance to deal 1,000% damage and can chain off itself. Am I the only one that thinks this is joke?
I mean pretty obviously a typo. I’m also pretty sure Unruly Winds doesn’t have a 3000% chance to trigger.
