So from the looks the tier set is not properly producing Ascendance for correct times. The tier is supposed to give 6 seconds of Ascendance but from procs I’m seeing the buff start at 2 seconds and 4 seconds more commonly and occasionally giving the full 6. This all happening without any lag. Has anyone else had this issue?
