Storm-Singed Plunder did not receive in mail. Surpassed the 5k plunder needed to receive item. Item cannot be found on any character mail.

Submitted support ticket - Followed instructions no change in result.
Reopened ticket and reported
Asked to submit bug report. So here it is.

Thanks for this post, Sines. Glad, I am not the only one. I submitted a bug report in game as well. I see others are also having this issue after Googling. Hopefully, they get it fixed for us soon. Even left 5500 in my plunderstore tab.
