The vendor in Valdrakken that used to sell 385 item level gear that could be traded for storm sigils and the lower level item no longer sells gear. Please fix.

Rethelshi is the vendor’s name, and I’m having the same issue. His gear is not showing up/available

You upgrade it just like PVP or M+ gear now. Just take the blue item to the upgrade vendor.

Not sure why no one came out and said it directly, but that’s the new way of upgrading the primal gear.

I went to Corxian with my 359 AGI staff and 16 storm sigils (upgrading this costs 14), to upgrade it for the 385 ilvl version and received message, “Item cannot be modified.” What am I doing wrong?
Also, the staff was lit up as if it was eligible for upgrading. What gives?!?!?

I’m hitting the same problem with some bracers.
Yeah seems bugged after-all, can’t use the upgrade vendor either.
Corxian is in the PvP building. Is it possible there’s a similar vendor that only upgrades PvE items somewhere else in Vald?

I’d been saving all my storm sigils up so I could get a few pieces at once… get to the new vendor, put one item in… it upgraded, all good. Go to do the next and it now requires trophy’s of strife. I feel like I’ve been jipped. Have 20 storm sigils left and can’t upgrade any other piece. Did I miss something somewhere?
