This has been going on a while. At first I thought it would work itself out with a update, but it’s still going on. Long story short, I can’t access the store through the launcher. I have to visit the store through the website if I want to browse the store or make a purchase. I keep getting the following message and error code:
“We’re having problems loading some content. Please try reloading this page using the button below. Thanks!”
Error code: BLZBNTBNA000007D0

Have you tried restarting BNet launcher and ensuring its closed down completely? No stuck processes going on in the background?
The Battle.net desktop app tried to perform an action that conflicts with a process already running. For example, uninstalling the game while actively playing it.
1. Wait for the current process to complete, and try again.
2. Restart the Battle.net desktop app to clear any stalled Agent processes.

Thanks for the reply. Yes, I’ve tried that. This has been going on for well over a month. I’ve restarted the launcher many many times during this period, but the result is always the same. This only happens with the store tab on the launcher. All other part of the launcher work fine.
To be fair that app is buggy as crap.
What I pasted is from the Blizzard support specifically for that error code. It may need some technical support above what us peon forum posters could help with. I would suggest the tech support forums if you havent already.
