search for “peacebloom” on mankrik then again on illidan. we can ignore max level shadowlands mats entirely. just check.
- We don’t know the source of the mount.
- Warp-stalkers are beyond cool and frankly a mount version makes sense given we can ride Nether Rays.
- The textures and poly-count make this match the overall aesthetic of TBC which means this could have been a cutting-room floor thing that was scrapped but being re-added. (This is the most exciting thing to me honestly)
- Even if this ends up as a store mount, who cares? We already had TCG items in-game at this point and it isn’t like this is a 310% speed flying mount.
- Warp-stalker!
- Get over it.
We had store mounts and pets in WotLK.
No offense, but this has nothing to do with the argument at hand, and makes it look like you have no idea how to conduct yourself in a debate.
a ground mount. in tbc. when the only time you’d use it is if you happened to be on azeroth for some reason. if it was a flying mount at all, not just a super fast one, that would be one thing. and you can argue it being “bad” or whatever. but most people have a lowbie bank alt with a movement speed increase. so there’s essentially no reason at all to leave tbc. which makes the mount essentially worthless. unless it’s p2w to give a lowbie bank alt a mount to get to the mail box and back. cuz you certainly wouldn’t need it for your main. and no one really needs a ground mount in tbc. mounts are also not account wide at this point in wow’s history.
the part of the thread you’re on gets even worse before settling into being a more reasonable thread. and that only happened cuz some people had to go to sleep. lol
Ehhhh hard disagree.
I love my Retail ground mounts from TBC, notably the Raven Lord and w/e Midnight is called when you get it as a mount (first boss in Karazhan). Sure I never used any of my actual mounts in TBC because Epic Flight Form but in BGs it still matters and honestly by the time we hit TBC, mounts were just a collectible anyway.
**Yet
Not account wide yet. Giving us pet and mount tabs would be one of those QoL changes that would be fantastic for decluttering our banks, while also encouraging people to go back and get Exalted with more factions and such. I’m not holding my breath but this datamine makes me giddy.
i didn’t mean worthless to me. just in general to people who have waited all of classic for flying. i still use ground mounts any time i can, in retail. specifically my brewfest kodo. i can go to any old zone and fly whenever i want. yall haven’t flown at al since classic’s releasel. some not ever. since they went from vanilla straight to vanilla private servers. XD
Are you really trying to make the argument that there are more people playing retial after an expansion launch that for the most part (outside of gearing) was considered to be a big hit compared to BFA vs the end of a cycle of Classic?
You know we could just wait and see what they do with the mount before we get our pitchforks. Just saying
i did the same thing when classic released and retail was in a content drought.
didn’t change anything. even the highest pop classic servers (that i waited in queue for for however long) didn’t have as much stuff on the ah as my previous servers ah. which was SoE. and SoE was low pop at the time, i think.
“I’m gonna take my ball and go home”
“Okay, go”
“You’re mean”
“You’re whining”
“Yeah, well so’s your face”
wait til you open the thread where dude calls us bullies cuz we snarked back at him when he venomously attacked us. was a fun night. rofl.
I assume you know that AH are linked on most smaller servers. So unless you are talking about a single server, you are not actually seeing one servers worth of production like classic. You are seeing multiple.
the only server we were linked with at the time was CC and they were even more dead than we were.
i also checked the 3984759347593485 linked rp-pvp servers which were at a fraction of the pop of ED and it was no different. it doesn’t cost a dime to roll on a new server and search the AH.
So you’re saying the AH on a realm with 15+ years of progress and multiple expansions worth of profession mats, boe items and etc. has more for sale on it than an AH on a server in Classic?
no. i said “peacebloom” which at the time was more important to classic than it has been to retail at any point in the last 15 years. learn to read.
You realize that servers were linked to bring their population up to one healthy realm right?
Yes. Blizzard linked to over populate realms much like the top servers so that people would stop leaving them. Though personally i think they should have just closed down dead servers and migrated players.
i wonder if dude realized the long forgotten non supported retail rp-pvp realms TOGETHER were below that point and had been for a long time. essentially anyone who was on an rp-pvp realm was on ED or whining they didn’t want to be connected with it cuz muh tight knight community.
