abandoned, reloaded, tried a different layer, nothing worked.

Still totally bugged for me as well.
Hello all, I’ve been trying to complete “Stopping Sarkareth” and have not been able to. Reload, abandoning/completing quest 3+ times, etc. etc. Nothing seems to allow me to turn in the quest upon completion.
Same here. Also bugged for me.
So much for giving retail a shot… back to hc classic I guess

Scalecommander Emberthal has Warmode ON!!!
Turning on Warmode helped and I was able to turn in the quest!
So if you have warmode off try turning it on and if you have on try turning it off.

Same - relogged, redid, etc. No go on the turnin. Canceled the cinematic and watched all the way through both. Warmode DID work, but me & the people I play with are not PvPers, so not ideal lol
Turning on war mode works
I was able to turn it in! I completed the quest, couldnt turn in. abandoned it, still couldnt turn it in. Logged out for like 2 hours, logged back in and only emberthal and ebyssian were standing there and emberthal had the question mark over her head. I was able to turn it in
Cahruddokk is right just turn War Mode on and will fix the problem. Good luck to u all.
Same as Chopheadoff, nothing worked, logged off for a few hours, came back and could then turn it in.
Can confirm turning warmode ON allowed me to finish the quest turn in
