There is 0 reason to discuss changing RDF.
RDF in or out will not change the past decade of Retail WoW… and RDF wasn’t the feature that lead to or broke the camels back.
How many times is flying to a dungeon really immersive… There is no outside interaction besides me taking an extra 5-10 minutes to get to a dungeon… how is this intuitive or game progressing? Its not… teleporting or flying… same end result… I’m going to a dungeon.
Cross-Server or Same realm… you a random on my server is the same as being a random on another server… literally makes no difference… and please stop about that “It makes people prone to be toxic”… no… no it doesn’t… being on the internet does that if anything…you are either a toxic or not a toxic person before anything else… running a random dungeon doesn’t change you into that.
There are 0 valid arguments for anti-RDF… so please stop with the threads.

It’s been wild seeing people come out with this fantasy that people go out of their way to interact with anything on their way to the dungeon.
Meanwhile everyone I know hearths to shatt, gets on a flying mount, and turns on autorun in the general direction and AFK’s.

I have no facts… I can tell you for a fact when I fly to a dungeon… I fly straight into the dungeon… I’m not there to try and PVP at the stone… if I want to pvp I queue for arena or a BG… clearly I’m wanting to PVE soooo thats what I’m doing at that moment.
You can for a fact not use RDF and go sit at the stone all day if you want and spam LFG for a group.

There is nothing left to discuss. There is no RDF in Classic Wrath, nor will there be. People will moan about it till the cows come home. It doesn’t really matter. They either adapt or quit. The end. See you in WoTLK Classic regardless.

There it is, the pro RDF insults of simply telling people with a different perspective that they are dumb, or gatekeepers, or meta slaves, or unemployed with nothing else to do then wow, etc etc. It always comes down to insults.
Frankly, this is sad for the decent Pro RDF people out there…

I don’t like the whole pro-lfd and anti-lfd terminology. It’s silly to label one thing from Wrath and define yourself by it.
Do we have pro-death knight and anti-death knight positions? Are people questioning if ICC should be included? Of course not. The same should be true of RDF. It was part of Wrath and belongs in Wrath Classic.
But Blizzard arbitrarily removed it and created this drama. It is completely their fault. No one was asking for RDF to be removed. If Blizz hadn’t done it, no one would be taking about RDF. This entire situation was artificially created by Blizz.
