no, my 70k hp demon hunter is doing 7k single target, upwards of 14-20k with max cleave situations in solo shuffle. I do not have unity or any legendary LOL.

How is DPS a determining factor of what is good in PvP. There is no consistency in PvP. Its more about tankiness and CC/Cooldown trading.
We just came out of an expansion where thereâs plenty of clips of Gladiator/R1s going from 100 to 0 in under 0.5 seconds with every single defensive cooldown up. DPS matters. Effective cooldown trading reliably saves you from middle of the pack performing specs, it doesnât reliably save you against the outliers.
