You know it seems a lot more these days people using the words “Autism” or “Autistic” to insult other players on this game usually when they make mistakes.
I am actually on the autism spectrum and this hurts me when I see people the term “autistic” to insult other players.
This has to stop as I know several people who have autism and play WoW they likely hurt just as bad as I do when I hear that.
No disrespect intended, but I don’t think this thread is going to be a very productive one.
Only thing you can do is report and move on. I get some people can be idiots and insult others. It’s wrong,etc. However, coming here isn’t gonna help or stop the insults.

I’ve got Aspergers and dont care when people call me autistic. More amused than anything else, like, oh man, you sure showed me.
I’m not really sure how effective any ‘stop saying X’ campaign here ever is.

Not much you can do other than put him on ignore and report the guy and hope he gets suspended a bit for it. People always have been rude and always will be, it’s human nature.

but typically in north america stating facts about someones weight is considered rude.
so its not about sensitivity its about social norms in the usa.
calling someone fat = rude in the usa where i am its not rude its just stating facts…
OP, just report and move on. Also remember that karma is a… umm, what goes around, comes around. People that are nasty like that generally suffer becuase of their attitude. What I guess I’m saying is give them no more attention than you need to becuase that is what they want.

Calling someone fat is rude everywhere. It’s simply socially acceptable in some places, and not in others.

Seems to be that you didn’t answer my other question. No one should be accused of being autistic.
It’s a condition it’s not a fault.
To get back on topic. It’s rude to make presumptions about someone’s place on the spectrum regardless of where you are.
If you were not aware before, op just politely let everyone know.

You’re using a term ‘accuse’ in a way you might not intend. When you accuse someone it’s saying they’re at fault, to blame or they’ve done something wrong.
