Sounds like we need more undercutting if it takes a whole 10 seconds

How can I make gold if a bot is undercutting me guys

That doesn’t mean it wont sell. The best thing to do is just list your goods and don’t sit and watch them. A lot of folks are under the misconception that if their item is undercut it won’t sell. In a high volume market you can list your wares in the top quartile for price and it will usually sell just fine.

AH pvp - FITE!

Blizzard should change the way AH works.
FIFO.

It makes no sense to apply anything other than that.

Why? First in First out will just incentivize people to undercut more

I test your theory last night and none sold

And I’m sick of greedy people.

I just want enough gold to change mogs - multiple times a day.

I’ll put up the item(s) for however much I like.

when they opened up the AH to 50X the players, what did you think would happen?
My suggestion is just stop using the AH. Its going to be time consuming if you arent wiling to just post your stuff and walk away.

How does it work?
If I am the first to put something on sale at 1000 gold then I should be the first item to sell. It doesn’t matter how many other people want to sell it at 250 gold.

I’m talking about all items should go into the same pool and only one price should be available at a time. The price should renew as the sellers change.

It’s kind of messy to design something like this, but I think it’s the only way to stop undercutting.
No one knows what price they are going to find.
Maybe I buy something for 100 gold and whoever buys after me buys it at 250 gold.
Or the opposite may happen. I buy something at 1000 gold and someone else buys it at 250 gold.

Everyone sells at the price they list the items, but since no one is able to see the price of others then there is no real way to continuously lower prices.

It is not about being “greedy”.
It’s about giving a fair or reasonable price for my effort.

To me it’s no fun for some idiot to sell Phials at 1250 gold when in materials the cost normally doesn’t go below 3500-4000.
Those people should not have the right to use the AH.

The reason is simple:
I invested my time, my gold and my resources in leveling up the profession and the different reputations. That has a cost.
The materials also have a cost.
I want to make a profit by creating the items of my profession.

if it’s a buyer’s market, who cares?

It’s not a bot. It is all of us undercutters undercutting you.

Hard disagree. In your proposal, If an item is generally worth 250 gold, and someone buys up all the stock and relists for 5000g, the entire market would be stuck paying that elevated price until their stock sells through.

That would be a terrible system.
