Dont know what dps needs to hear this but stop trying to play 9d chess and kill a target when there’s been a clear flop every single round.
Also, healers should be MMR-protected from DPS that do these things. Thanks

It depends. I’ve seen people tunnel to their doom (attacking targets while they’ve got defensives up, etc.) and I’ve seen people magically try to change the formula and not try to kill the 0-5 DPS on the 6th round and lose, or just randomly swap off a near death target, allow the healer to recover, and lose.

Just because there’s been a flop doesn’t mean there isn’t a better target lol.
I think the worst is when people disagree on the kill target so strongly that everyone is doing different things. Like even if I disagree with a kill target I’ll still open on it just to be a team player.
Most games aren’t won in the opener unless it’s a really meme comp like marksman/BM or something that can open from stealth and annihilate a squishy.
Idk, I play dps and healer, and healers, including myself, make fried decisions just as often imo.
E.g., late round, looks like it’s going to be a win, I freedom and steed from safety to go for a hoj-repent or blind to end the game, and end up taking the D instead costing the round.
I don’t really see many 0-6 dps, seems like that ceases pretty quickly once you climb a bit, but 0-6 healers still seems to happen decently often.
Had one today on my Resto Shaman. Lost 1st game, no worries had the two worst dps by far. 500 MS second game. Yikes. 3rd game 2k MS. By 4th game 3500 MS.
My fault for trusting hotel WiFi lol. I just stood until it ended from game 3 onwards. But without MS like that I haven’t 0-6’d this season.
Had a couple 1-5’s vs Pres back to back though.

Every glad I knew years ago said the same thing - your job is to get BIG DAM OUT. If the “kill” target is out of range or using los, use your head and switch to whatever is more available. You have to pump big dam.
