Stop trying to blame diversity hiring

Tin foil hat on… Tight Word.

Sir,
Thank you for you inquire on the posted job. Due to the qualitys you exited while volunteering for our causes, you are over quified for all the open positions that we wish to fill. The candidates that we selected have great potential to reach your level of professional quality.
Good luck …
Have fun. Mr. Tannor

Not really conspiracy theory tin foil hat on when one experiences it.

Anyway I’m not sure of you’re making a joke that just goes over my head or are serious, but that sums it up. Why hire a loyal competent majority when you can hire an incompetent minority that might reach my level AND you can virtue signal?

Because the best person should get the job? If you are hiring on the presumption that one MIGHT eventually be a good worker, you’re an idiot.

Ok, You can have the incompetent diversity hire doctor just so you can virtue signal that you let a diversity hire do brain surgery on you. Me? I value competent work, I’ll only see the doctor that actually knows what they are doing.

I really don’t think you actually read any of the posts… I said the most competent should be hired regardless of skin color or gender.

Nope, I don’t make a habit of reading a full thread, or remembering them. Read the top post, read the bottom post. Respond to anything that might grab my eye that I happen to read just by glancing at it along the way. Expecting people to read a full thread is a bit silly unless there is only 4 posts in it.

This has probably resulted in you making some incorrect posts then. I want the best worker to get the job. I just think they go to minorities just to virtue signal. Not asking you to read the whole thread, but to read the posts of the person you want to reply is sort of needed to avoid mix ups

I also like your name, no sarcasm intended.

Generally do, sadly the ^ button which lets me follow the conversation ended with BTQ. So there was no more conversation to follow. Unless I did so manually. Which again, would require to do more skimming of the thread then I really want to do. I do apologize for the mixup though. Satire, and sarcasm is easily lost on the internet and I already struggle to recognize such things as it is.

Either way it’s all moot. What I said still stands. If someone is ok with the diversty hire just because they are diverse. They are free to accept them as the brain surgeon. I’ll take the person more suited for the job.

Hiring on anything other than whos best for the job is just stupid on so many lvls. If the best people are a diverse group, Im all for it! If you’re doing it to placate a certain group, no thanks.

There, I said it…

I would too.

A owner of a company said I needed to learn patience. They said they needed me to work for them, but it was not really what they wanted. They did not want me to quit, because the end was near and did not want me to throw away my unemployed.
/ takes off tinfoil hat.
See we antlize a outcome based on what we want to happen.

Your first post only missed the foil by you admiring a futuristic fallacy.

This is teen rated game, yet you want it to be “XXX” rated perversion.

That is no joke.

You wished the outcome

I swear your point would hit harder if your basic English was on point. (I get it, as an ESL, but you’re impossible to understand.)

Below you can review your words.

"(I had the same treatment when Youtube was new and every other comment was calling me an idiot for my grammar)"

So the best for the job.

It’s almost like YouTube was in 2005 and I was twelve at that time… I was 21 when I began volunteering, after finishing High School and University.

You thought you had a smoking gun, when you failed to comprehend how past tenses work…

As you can see, my written spelling and grammar is passable now, being my third language and I’m fluent in English. The people who got the job I was vying for several years had English skills comparable to when I was twelve, mind you.

I see you have a tail. Does it make the torment worth it?

Strange deflection.

I sort of got what you’re trying to say after re-reading. You’re basically saying I’m biased and maybe those people who were hired were better or more qualified, but I can’t see it.

Fair point, but no. I acknowledge people who did in fact get hired that volunteered along side me and were equally or more qualified (many of color). That group though, was not even remotely qualified.
