Technically your wrong. First raid clear on a server is a world first server name raid clear. Also technically it’s a world first Classic raid kill (classic is a bit different than vanilla.)

You’re arguing semantics. No one says “world first” when referring to a server first achievement. Classic is a recreation of Vanilla 15 years later. The achievements are the same.
People will most definitely be rushing for world first’s in classic. Just because you don’t care about who gets world firsts in classic doesn’t mean other people won’t.

Let’s be honest. The forums hardly represents the majority of gamers.
While the initial launch will be huge, I expect it will fall off quickly.
A lot of the “world firsts” crew have already gathered members. But considering the time and effort involved, maybe 1000 people will be actually hardcore-mode rushing to 60.

This isn’t technically correct. Just the other day someone got banned for being entertaining, and the people demanding it that Blizzard caved to where holding a tournament that per the TOS should have had all participants banned.
The Streamer Justice Warriors will make Classic super woke. I predict a slew of brand new world first type bans. Don’t you dare annoy the wrong people - they have the righteous moral authority to demand change and are above the law, and when they crush the peasants who dare cross them it isn’t authoritarian because of some cult like reason you have to be in the cult to understand.
