Im pretty sure the word “toon” was used for that really wierd failed mmo called toon world or something like. Just call your character your character.

I picked up toon from EverQuest. Didn’t even know about Toon Town till a guildie told me about it.

We were using this term back in Ultima Online so give it a rest. It’s pretty ingrained with MMO terminology.

Just because you didn’t hear it when you played doesn’t mean people didn’t use it. The phrase was prevelant on Rathe-Karana back when I played and characters were called toons by the vast majority on the specific server.

Ahhhhhh man I forgot it was Sunday. I can’t believe I fell for such obvious bait.

Are you disrespecting one of the greatest MMO’s of all time? How vile HOW DISGUSTING!!! Toon town WILL FOREVER BE the grand father of world of Warcraft! It came out first so there forth without toon town there would be no WoW.

And honestly for better or for worst there would be no Ughash! Because my first mmo was toon town. Now please remove this offensive post, it offends my TOONS!
