they’ll need to make a failed key a little more worth it for finishing. At the beginning of the season, when we’re gear starved, there’s less leaving/rage, since the value of the chest is pretty high, so your time isn’t necessarily wasted for losing.

but as the season goes on, you’ll want/need more than 5 crests and 50 gold for finishing an activity like M+…that requires your full attention for 30 minutes (no breaks).

Many suggestions have been provided, which could create a less toxic environment, but blizz decided to make fails cost you even more. :wink:
