I’m no expert tank by any means but I’m really started to get ticked off doing these timewalking dungeons and having people sprint out ahead pulling stuff. I get it, it’s trivial content but for crying out loud, stay behind the damn tank.

I usually donʻt worry about it and will only be nasty if they end up dying and blaming it on my tanking.
I usually live by the you spank it you tank it rule and will only try to save them at the last minute if it looks like they wont live through it. Sometimes I can, sometimes I canʻt, hopefully they learn. Sometimes they are high tier and they can solo multiple mobs at once so god speed to them and thanks for helping clear faster, just donʻt put the healer at risk.
It goes both ways, the dps probably think the pace the tank is setting is getting really irritating
It’s just basic multiplayer friction of having different levels of players doing the same content

If they pull and survive then they’re definitely correct. Your goal as a tank is not to sit at 100% hp at all times, get in there and get hit.
Stop pulling 1 pack at a time and taking breathers in between.
People will not change their behavior because there are no consequences for those actions. Instead ask for blizzard to buff auto attacks and tank armor in TW and level dungeons so those who pull for tanks die and get punished.

If a DPS pulls more and survives without me pulling off him then I know I can.
Honestly there are times I wait to taunt everything just to see. And if they are alive and the healer isn’t stressing……yep I’m pulling more.
I don’t much mind people pulling for me, especially in heroics/TW dungeons, I’ll ask rogues and hunters to pull with ToT/MD all day long if I have my pocket healer.
In the grand scheme of things it doesn’t really matter. If it’s not heroic/mythic raids or M+ and we all survive a pull why QQ?
However what I don’t like is DPS over pulling ahead of me, dying and blaming me or the healer when they are running back to us. Not cool. Don’t blame us for your mistake. But if you make it back to us and I snap AoE threat and the heals casts those shiny spells to keep you alive……fun times.
Let’s all agree that in guild content we don’t see this because we all know how it works. But in PUGS you’re gonna have that inevitable DPS who thinks they are gods gift to the game, who are pulling less DPS than the healer who is afk healing QQing because they died or it’s not fast enough so they can sit in a DPS queue again. And honestly do we really let them bother us?
It’s always gonna happen. As tanks we just need to know you can’t fix stupid.
I don’t like slow tanks, like those who pull only two mobs at a time, don’t lose even 1% of their HP, and keep making tiny pulls. It’s really annoying and just wastes everyone’s time.
i only say “you pull you die” when im trying to do boss skips otherwise i dont care, just dont die. i also like doing wall to wall pulls because im bored to tears when tanks pull small and just drag things out.
I believe the correct phrase is “You spank it, you tank it”

I run TW dungeons with some level 11 Fury Warrior murdering everything before I can even say “Jack Robinson”.
I’m fine with it though as it helps speeds things up and saves me time getting my 5 dungeon quest completed
