So Zirene announced on Twitter and in the mage discord about being able to swap between Draconic and Coreforged. Nothing here, though. Why is it so difficult to use the official forums?

I found it pretty straight forward and easy to plan around

The classic wow dev team are kind of clownish lol
The sad part is they can just bust out a new classic fresh at any time to get carried by the inherent popularity of classic while getting to pretend they are doing an awesome job.
This is why the class design philosophy in SoD never changes no matter how blatantly abysmal it is because they intentionally seek echo chambers and validation while writing off any and all criticisms as just typical player toxicity.
Is is the also the reason why you simply should not put much faith in the classic wow dev team as a whole tbh

Twitter is literally a Nahtzee website that is 90% bots. How is that better than engaging with a community they, themselves, have moderation of? That’s insane.

You would think thats the case lol but overall, their tweet replies are waaaay less toxic compared to the average forum goer on here, by leaps and bounds. It could also be that there’s less toxicity due to them being able to just freely block any toxic people that they’d like from their platform, whereas here there are probs stricter guidelines to follow when disciplining accounts
Twitter has more traffic and engagement.
The WoW forums do not have that same amount.
Plus, a lot of people get their updates and news on other things in life via twitter so they can also get their WoW news there too.
Not saying that there shouldn’t be an update on things posted in the forums but the reasons they use twitter make sense.
Aggrend went to Bluesky so now you have to join that too if you want to get information.
I think both of the platforms are terrible and I only use them to view WoW news because IMO they aren’t good for anything else. It would be nicer to never visit either of them again though, I hardly ever do but sometimes I get bored and check and see something from two weeks ago.
Bro, I am not following dorky devs who don’t even play their own game competently (Paladins) across the internet that threaten to block anyone who criticizes them for it.
