Stop complaining. If i was blizzard i would scrap this whole project with all the complaining i see. They are doing their best and in my opinion they are doing a really good job of keeping classic the way it was. If you dont like it, go play something else. But you do like it. Thats why your here. So next time you wanna post oh blizz you really screwed up or oh blizz thats not to the exact day how it was originally launched. Just say something nice instead and enjoy what they are trying to do for us.

This is not what vanilla was. If you believe that, you didn’t play back then.
Also, that’s part of the problem. Vanilla’s design just doesn’t work anymore. There’s a reason that no new MMORPGs are being built like that anymore. The days of people being content with a glorified chat room with a combat mini-game are gone. The fork is in the fat lady. Move on. Changes needed to be made to prevent exactly this. But stubbornness and inflated egos kind of drowned out the rational conversations on “WTF is the plan for when xxxxxxx inevitably happens?”
I understand your point, but it didn’t require a post. Just let people complain and get it out of their system, they aren’t going to have their opinions changed by this. Unless you write a brilliant, several-hundred page treatise on why ganking in Phase 2 is actually a good thing, just about nothing will convince those being corpse camped for hours that they are having a good time.

No they are not. Stop giving them a pass while they rake in billions in subscriptions. Everyone familiar with private servers, or who had any experience with vanilla, could have prevented the crazy faction-imbalance and most of the other problems.
Russian private-server devs living in their mom’s basement could have done a better job. Stop giving Blizzard a pass.

I give Blizzard money.
They meet my expectations.
Simple equation.
I leave Blizzard to their designs if I keep my money and they find another way to monetize this. Then it’s fair.
I’ve been on these forums since 2013 and they’ve always been like this. Blizzard got rid of the feedback spot when you unsub, and instead I believe they link you hear to post your feedback. (Could be wrong on that since I haven’t unsubbed from wow in ages).
I understand it’s repetitive and can be annoying, but a lot of the people complaining have 1-5 posts on their account and didn’t bother reading the front page. They just saw “create post” and aimed for the stars.
Go check General discussion, atm everyone is screaming at blizzard for removing the 5 million gold mount.
“They are doing their best” isn’t a reason to be immune from criticism. The Classic servers are too large/overcrowded and they haven’t done a sufficient job at curbing faction imbalance. That’s just a fact. Additionally, though I think they made a good call in terms of releasing Dire Maul and Battlegrounds, there’s valid reason to be concerned that the phase content afterward is going to be rushed out the door too quickly.
I agree that they are doing a pretty good job, more than these forums give them credit for, but they still had some issues they should’ve ironed out before release, rather than play slow catch-up afterward.

I kinda hope they do sh1t can this. I’d laugh my asse off so hard at all the “MUH wPvP” horde chodes that had their dreams of being the same underdog faction of yore shattered.

Ever since 2013, the strat for Blizzard is to ride the wave rather than cave. They’d can every project if complainers could simply cancel it.
