Ive had no probelm against convoke. its LoS able and inturruptable
At ilvl 220, a Rogue is not going to global you. At that level of gear, it’s maybe possible to kill you in our 4 second window, but absolutely not in a single global. Trinket the first cheap shot and lock him down, keep him in combat. Our only strength is damage directly out of stealth or CCing people.
