I just bough 6 months of Game time, Recruited 3 friends, bought them each 4 store mounts, bought them all 5 store pets, and the transmog toy. I also Bought Diablo remastered for me, my wife and 4 friends.

I def think speaking with your wallet is the best way to deal with large companies that may have gotten comfortable. It’s not just with Blizzard, I think we’ve all experienced and responded to frustration with other companies in some way shape or form.
I personally dropped my 6 month sub, but it was mainly because the content just isn’t coming out, and it’s a good time to take a break during droughts like this.
I really hope they get their act together over there, because I have no problem throwing 
at this game when I’m enjoying myself. I just don’t think the respect for the players has been there in recent years. I also think innovation, imagination/creativity is just non-existant as of late.
They have and can do better…hoping that they don’t give up at blizzard, and start making some changes…starting with communication. ghosting your playerbase just feels weird

Oh, how little you’ve paid attention.
Regardless of what you believe or not, the moment you stop giving them your money, they’re not going to care about what you want for the game.
They’ve repeatedly sent emails to people who haven’t been subbed for a while with questionnaires about why they aren’t playing, and what could be done to get them to return.
