Every time I get a new one, my hired mercenaries go down in level. I’m not getting enough XP missions to level them all up.

I would very much like a way to disband them like I can in my garrison and order hall. I feel like the option would have been added if they had the time they needed. Some intern woulda sacrificed a coffee to an executive for the 5 minutes to explain that and get it added in.

Every time my renown goes up, I get a new level ONE follower in Torghast. Why one? Why can’t they start out at the average level of my pre-existing followers?

I stopped accepting their quests, I don’t care if they get lost in the nether or whatever.

Send them on the bonus xp missions along with your strong followers. Mine went from level 1 to levels 8-10 in 1 mission

Agree. It’s more annoying then it is rewarding when I get another follower. I have enough. Stop giving me level one followers that drag my team down. Or let me disable them like previous expansions so it’s like they’re not there.

It doesn’t help that some of them are kind of useless and you are still forced to level them to get your troops back up to speed. Qadarin, the stag tank, is pretty much complete crap and dies all the time, I don’t think he really contributes to my groups but I have to keep his level up.
Just don’t complete the quest to acquire them.

I’m so glad I haven’t unlocked the Command Table.
I just put the lvl 1 newbies in XP quests. Levels them up real quick. I’m up to the point that I get at least two XP quests each day but not enough followers to take advantage of them. The more the merrier I say.

YES. OMG, this.
That new one we just got last week from renown? Yeah, it can just sit there. I refuse to click on it. It took me WEEKS to get my troops back up over level 20. We did the Twisting Corridors gauntlet the week it was released, and I got like 6 new companions. Then the renown gave me another one. Then we got another couple from regular torghast.
I’ve done nothing but throw anima at suicide missions on that table to level them up for weeks. I finally get them all up over 25, and what happens? They throw another one at me. I’m so done with it.

Why suicide missions still? Shouldn’t you still be getting low level missions after the changes?
