I don’t know where all the changes to Vanessa are or will be. Just my opinion but I think she should remain as she 1st appeared during the scene in the quest at Sentinel Hill because the difference from her quiet presence inside the tower was part of the impact of that scene. By the time she shows up as a follower in Legion class hall, I don’t find it odd that she would have different attire. A girl is allowed to change clothes once a decade. Maybe she grabbed a bath too. Maybe more of them should. Maybe more of US should.
