Stop boosting with AoE cap

Boosting is out of control. Anti-boosting mechanics added to TBC classic as well as SoM suggest that boosting is frowned upon by the devs, even though no rules are broken. Finding groups is starting to take longer.

It’s only a matter of time before we have a repeat of WoW Classic and boosting fully takes over. One change can end it now before it becomes worse in later phases. The AoE damage cap from wrath.

Also put in all the SoM anti-boosting mechanics just to make sure the boosting meta is good and dead.

I wonder how rampant it is by comparison of each server. I often see Crusader Strike posting these issues.

It all ends the moment gold buying becomes a permaban on the first offense, and they actively go after it.

Honestly i have no problem with people lvling faster in what is essentially a re-release of a old game.

I do however have a problem with mages making infinite gold

No it doesn’t. It may become cheaper, but it isn’t going to stop anyone.
