Yeah, but like… those are mortal strikes… not like 3 star surges… 10 damage vs 30k damage. 10k is balanced on a 1 min cd, 30k isnt. They cast like everything in a channel… AND even to get a 1min cd on it you have to spec out of survivability. Convoke is basically bad class design.
