For 1550 player its really hard to CC or kick it. But when you fight decent players getting it off is hard.
Convoke damage should be reduced by 75%. It’s currently doing 30k+ so with a 75% nerf, it’ll be down to ~7,500 which is still a lot, it’s still not only the most powerful covenant ability for just druid but quite possibly the most powerful across the entire game, but it is a necessary step for game balance.

So… most people are complaining about bad class design… that would be like if there was a channel, that casted Mortal Strike, Slam, Overpower, and Execute 3 times in 4 seconds.
It wont get nerfed cause it will make druids worst class in pve. And no 1 wants to switch covenants to re grind.
No… nerfs will make druid still the best class in PVE. They’re lightyears ahead of everyone else.
You won’t have to. Even with a 75% nerf, Night fae is still the best option.
Its honestly soo easy to counter convoke, dont see what the fuzz is about.

well boomkin is top dps in pve so they need a nerf there too
There’s 2 complaints about convoke. One in general and the other with its ability to high roll.
Reality is you can kick it sub .4 seconds (which with global cool down isn’t uncommon.) And they can high roll and get a stupidly powerful full moon crit.
The ability does need changing. The clueless acting like you can’t rng wins of the first tick are just that…clueless. Or are you going to troll an say we should never even be on a gcd to kick it? Lol its going to get nerfed. I’m not asking for it to be worthless but no one deserves rng win off 1 button press when your actually playing correctly and quickly shutting it down.
Idk I never lost to a convoke Moonkin yet in arena I just save my trinket for it. And if that’s there only win condition then play around it simple.

I like the prot/boomkin teams that bop/guardian the boomkin so you can’t stop it.
Then you’ve gotten lucky. Thats the point and the problem with the ability. If you get lucky the first tick can do 10k+ dmg. Even when its immediately kicked. Everyone acts like it takes 1 second to do damage, it doesn’t. Even when your quick to kick it they can high roll and that’s not fun for the person actually playing correctly but still losing because you high rolled the first tick.
And I’m not saying it’s always that way but when rng can let you win even if you played wrong and your opponent played correctly that’s a problem.
so they cross cc your team start the convoke from max range and go behind a pillar while it channels ? or like auzz said they get bopped. its the same thing with destro last expansion if you dont stop it or unable to stop it you just die. you can even trinket when they start it and as a warroir heroic leap onto them and kick and if RNG was in their favor and the damage was front loaded you just die. go into eclipse for the crit lego and pop convoke and you just get erased
the better abilities just need to be behind the last 2 seconds and prot pala needs to be nerfed by 99% and their angel thing needs to just make you immune to damage

I’ve died several times to 1.5s of gcd with a mage kicking convoke, 2 13k starsurges ftw. Maybe I need better gear to not get slapped.
