Stop being weak! (PvPers)

I hate being on the faction advantaged side. It’s not a challenge. I have historically played on the underdog faction and enjoy it immensely. For Classic, I play both factions (on different servers) and in each realm, my faction is the underdog.

I remember playing in battlegrounds a lot back in the day. Occasionally, when a game goes bad, there would always be some whiner saying they are quitting their faction since they “don’t know how to play”.

Why are so many PvPers so weak? Why do so many of you feel compelled to play on the advantaged side, whether it is in WPvP or BGs?

This is an MMO, not a solo adventure. Join a WPvP focused guild. Get out there as a group and fight back. Control a zone for awhile, then move on to another zone to avoid getting zerged. Guerrilla tactics! Beat down the so-called advantaged side and have fun with your mates.

The more weaklings that leave my faction/realm, the better. I hope you play on the other faction of my realm so I can beat you down if you’re in our zone of control.

If you are weak and post whining threads, you just don’t have the right stuff for a blood bath WPvP server. That’s Classic for you. Embrace it. Or don’t…servers are over capacity anyways so we can bleed people out to retail where Blizzard is more apt to give you a handkerchief.

Yet another whiney post about whining.

No u

I can only save one realm at a time (without LFG, thank goodness). Perhaps Classic General will be inspired by the legendary Charax Silvershield and quit their mewling and learn to fight organized.

Alliance should just quit because they lost the war. Telling blizz to do something about “faction imbalance” is basically forfeiting which alot of allies are doing, instead of policing the game world as players like they should

I think a lot of people like the concept of PvP servers except when it inconveniences them and requires a bit of effort. It’s like they want to turn War Mode off when it bothers their solo farming or travels to a dungeon.

No faction pride to fight back. And to those that play on the advantaged side, no glory can be achieved if you’re face rolling.

You should rub of on your guildies more so they stop complaining about PvP on PvP servers.

You’re an example to all, and this hero does indeed wear a cape.

I mean it’s easy to not complain about end game issues at level 19… not seeing much wow factor here

I traversed the Wetlands to get to Stormwind and travelled to Lakeshire.

Fortunately, my faith in Elune inspired me despite the threat of Horde infidels scouring the world to fell one of the Alliance’s greatest heroes!

It’s the crux of the statement that is praise worthy.

If you play on a PvP server, the solution to all your woes is to PvP. The whole point of a PvP server is that it isn’t always on your terms, and you need to think ahead & adapt to do what you’d like.

If someone desires PvP on their terms, a PvE server already provides that.

very stunning and brave, possibly woke, unsure as of yet.

I’ve come full circle on this issue. Initially I thought Blizz really blew it with server balance, and that dying 7-8 times to get in a dungeon was ridiculous. However, after the run I see hundreds of people standing around in IF. Surely we could organize a huge raid, fly into Southshore, and run to the EP killing every horde we saw along the way.

Then I asked myself, why am I running dungeons anyways? This is a PvP server and we should be fighting back. Guess we just have to build up some faction pride.

It’s a matter of perspective, and I agree on all accounts.

Yeah the population density makes it difficult to win battles, but it provides ample wPvP when you play around it.

Sometimes you’ve got to corpse run, but you’ve got to embrace the suck to make it on a PvP server.

I agree full heartedly with the OP. Server transfers are an abomination on classic.

Its a simple numbers game. Even if every alliance character online in IF wanted to PVP at that exact moment. Then by some absolute miracle you could get those, say 200 players to move to a hot PVP zone like BRM. Yes, you could hold BRM for awhile. Meanwhile, the Alliance would have:

Not enough players “free” left to run raids to take advantage of the fact that BRM is now liberated. Not enough people to do MC raids. Groups would have difficulties finding players for simple things like BRD and UBRS because the vast overwhelming majority of Alliance are now dedicated solely to holding those two door ways. Nobody on the Alliance would be farming, thus hurting the economy of the server. Etc.

Also, during this time, Horde would have:

Enough people to squash the Alliance holding BRM without having to orchestrate a massive multi-raid server wide event.

And they could do it with the online population that’s in Searing Gorge/Burning Steppes alone without having to even bother looking for people in a major city.

Also meanwhile, they’d still be raiding, still be making parties, still be farming.

For some servers, no, it’s not a “matter of perspective” Its a matter of Blizzard needs to implement faction based queues so that at least during primetime the Alliance can get its people on to raid and make groups instead of 90% of the players logged on being Horde, and waiting for the Alliance to leave IF to camp them for 40 minutes while they try to do anything.

:violin: :frowning:

this is the issue people are having, idk about others but on Faerlina BRM at times has 2 full raids of hordes and a multi-boxer. there’s not fighting that even with a raid.

Though i did have fun tickling Soda small group in Dun Morogh the other day.

All true. But you wouldn’t be sitting around IF or posting on the forums. This is a PvP server, and it’s time to fight back. Don’t go to BRM. Go to DM, go to The Plaguelands. Kill some horde. Have fun.
