To me the ideal Classic + is actually starting World of WarCraft over with more old school design philosophy. I could so get into that.

It won’t happen for a variety of reasons (not the least being the minds behind vanilla have long since left the building) but in my dreamworld I’d play it.

The good points are more contentious but I think there’s at least a common subset of failed bits that a majority of players can agree on. And that’s the main point I think, not everybody needs to agree, just the majority.
