the npc stonehead when he picked my paladin and threw him when i landed it disconnected and now every time i log on i get dced and i cant unstuck or do anything bassically wasting my game time i pay for this is unacceptable.
Blizzard has a self help service specifically for this. You can use the website tool to move your character to someplace else where it is not likely to DC.

you didnt read my post i cant log into the game to do that i know what the unstuck is but i cant even stay connected as soon as the loading bar is finished it disconnected
nevermind been a few years since i used the unstuck was for ingame didnt know it had a website one thanks for the reply and post
