I had read that some people were having a problem with the Dal quest, I was able to get him today. After finishing the Stolen Stone Fiend quest, I went behind the building right across from the last guy you kill for the quest, penkle was there, just clicked on him ,he gave me the key and I opened the cage right next to him, this put Dal in my bag.
Happy druid here. Still had the key that didn’t work from last time I did this WQ. Skipped the quest, just headed back to the cage with Dal in it and key opened it.
