So is this the same voice actor as Starscream in Transformers G1?

Sounds similar, but Starscream’s original VA died in 1994.

EDIT: Looking at more recent media, none of Starscream’s modern VAs are credited in Shadowlands, and the similarity is likely more due to the effects on his voice being similar than the underlying voice being similar.
