So, when I go to transmog it states that i have the illusion Stinging Sands already known. But, i do not have it to mog?
Some illusions after you acquire it, will still not show up in your transmog book unless you relog your character because blizz in an indie company.

I have relogged… many times. Said i had it months ago. Still not showing. 
You logged off from the game and closed the launcher? Or just typed “/reload”?
Gonna go out on a limb here and assume cause he said “from months ago” that he’s actually logged out fully a few times since then

Missing transmog bug affects illusions too.
I’m sure it’ll be fixed within the next 60 years.

Did he talk to transmogrifier and click on box to bring up the different illusions?

Yes, i did all of this… Not sure why it says i have it but i don’t when trying to transmog.
Paid mogs glitch. It’s the penalty for paying.

My druid has a cheetah travel glyph that won’t work, either.
they stopped fixing the game ages ago
